Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Player Development division.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of assigned department(s), ensuring alignment with company vision, financial goals, and service standards
  • Recruit, develop, coach, andretainhigh-performing leadership teams and team members to foster engagement, accountability, and professional growth
  • Lead the execution of company and departmental initiatives by converting strategicobjectivesinto actionable plans with defined performance indicators
  • Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and operational performance metrics; drive cost-efficiency whilemaintainingquality and compliance
  • Serve as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners to align departmental efforts with enterprise-wide priorities
  • Promote a strong guest service culture by designing andmaintainingservice standards and resolving escalated concerns with sound judgment
  • Develop and implement player acquisition and retention strategies, including expanding the player database and cultivating long-term business relationships with key guests
  • Analyze statistical and financial data toidentifyprofitable growth opportunities and guide tactical decision-making
  • Review host performance regularly,establishtiered goals, and coach for improved results in line with business priorities
  • Oversee payroll and related administrative duties to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations,ifthey apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest servicein a timely mannerto both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 5+years ofPlayer Developmentexperience; includes leadership or progressive responsibilitywithin a hotel/casino setting
  • Demonstrated success in leading large teams, multi-unit operations, or high-impact projects
  • Exceptional decision-making, planning, and analytical skills witha track recordof achieving measurable business goals
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities to leadchangeand influence outcomes across all levels of the organization
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity and adapting leadership style to dynamic business needs
  • Proven ability to build andmaintaininclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environments
  • Skilledin budget management, workforce planning, and process optimization
  • Experience with CRM systems, analytical tools, and player contact management platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiar with analytics tools and business intelligence platforms
Requirements
  • Atleast 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or Equivalentrequired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Casino Management or related field preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain andmaintainall work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States
