WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a senior analyst to lead performance reporting and analysis in support of fundraising and investor communications. You will develop advanced analyses, customize presentations, and translate complex investor requests into clear, data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in private markets reporting, strong Excel and BI tool skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while guiding colleagues. CFA/CIPM/CAIA progress is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field with strong academics.
• At least 7 years in performance analytics or investment reporting within private markets.
• Understanding of IRR, TVPI, DPI, and performance attribution.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth performance analyses to support investor and consultant inquiries and fundraising.
• Design customized performance presentations and portfolio analyses per investor specifications.
• Convert investor requests into insightful analyses aligned with methodologies.

Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail and possess excellent review and proofreading capabilities. Essential qualifications include:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
• At least 7 years of experience in performance analytics or investment reporting within private markets.
• A deep understanding of performance measurement concepts such as IRR, TVPI, DPI, and performance attribution.
• Proficiency in synthesizing complex data into clear, investor-focused analyses.
• Experience in successfully managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools or performance systems.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Interest in or progress towards CFA, CIPM, or CAIA designations is preferred.
