Job summary

Fiducient Advisors is seeking a Performance Analyst to calculate and analyze diverse performance data and analytical tools. The role supports Investment Consultants and collaborates with money managers, custodians, and Investment Operations to deliver accurate client reporting and insights.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, with CIPM/CFA candidates a plus, and up to 3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; finance/economics preferred.
  • CIPM or CFA candidates are a plus.
  • Internship or up to 3 years of investment consulting/financial industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and intermediate Excel knowledge is required.
  • Previous CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, PARis, Canoe, and custodial portal experience is a plus.
  • Fundamental knowledge of capital markets, including domestic and foreign equity, fixed income, and alternative investments.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate, verify, and reconcile performance returns using custodial data feeds and statements.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions with money managers and custodians.
  • Create and proactively execute client reporting structures.
  • Collect portfolio characteristics for investments from external sources.
  • Partner with Investment Operations to provide accurate data for client tasks.
  • Respond to client requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support Investment Consultants.

Responsibilities:

Required Education, Professional & Technical Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required with a preferred concentration in Finance or Economics
  • CIPM or CFA candidates are a plus
  • Internship experience or up to three (3) years of Investment Consulting or Financial Industry Experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and intermediate Excel knowledge is required
  • Previous CRM, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, PARis, Canoe, and custodial portal experience is a plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of capital markets, including domestic and foreign equity, fixed income, and alternative investments

  • This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in one of our professional office environments and two days remotely.

The The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
