Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Operations Procurement, Global, to own the global procurement strategy for operations-critical services. You will partner with Data Center Operations teams and Regional COOs to translate operational requirements into scalable commercial frameworks and manage contracts across regions.

The role focuses on driving supplier performance, contract governance, and cost-efficient service delivery in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Formación

• 15+ years of leadership experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing global service agreements and supplier performance frameworks.
• Strong track record supporting uptime-critical operations in data center environments.
• Deep understanding of data center systems and lifecycle service requirements.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex global and regional service contracts.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Operations Procurement, Global to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will own global procurement strategy for operations-critical services that support uptime, resilience, and service continuity across data center environments.

The role partners closely with Data Center Operations teams and Regional COOs to translate operational requirements into scalable commercial frameworks.

It will also drive supplier performance, contract governance, and cost-effective service delivery across regional and global agreements.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $270,000 – $290,000 annually

Responsibilities
