The Vice President is responsible for leading the execution of the strategic vision, business objectives, and operational priorities established by the President and Board of Directors. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, this executive role provides overall leadership and direction for Ben Hur Construction's Central Division, ensuring sustained profitability, operational excellence, exceptional customer satisfaction, and long-term organizational growth. The Vice President develops and implements strategies that drive business performance, strengthen market position, optimize operational effectiveness, and cultivate a high-performing culture. This position serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and is accountable for achieving financial objectives, delivering industry-leading project execution, and developing the people, processes, and capabilities necessary to support continued success. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive construction industry leadership experience.
