This executive role reports directly to the President and is responsible for driving execution, performance, and growth across construction, manufacturing/fabrication, and project management.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD

• Company-wide operations across Construction, Manufacturing/Fabrication, and Project Management
• End-to-end execution from project award through completion
• Operational strategy, systems, and performance aligned with growth goals
• Department leaders and cross‑functional teams
• Budgets, margins, KPIs, and operational accountability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executive oversight of all operational departments
• Leadership of construction execution, manufacturing output, and project delivery
• Standardization of systems, processes, and reporting
• Budget ownership, cost control, and margin improvement
• Development and mentoring of senior leaders
• Driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
