Ben Hur Construction Company seeks a Vice President to lead the execution of the strategic vision for the Central Division from Indianapolis, Indiana. You will drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth while shaping operations, finance, marketing, and talent development.

In this executive role, you will partner with the President and Board to set objectives, oversee long-range planning, budgeting, and risk management, and cultivate a high-performing, safety-focused culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive construction industry leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic objectives and operational priorities.
• Provide oversight of operational activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
• Lead long-range planning, capital expenditure planning, process improvement, and performance reporting.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management oversight.
• Develop strategies that expand market presence and strengthen client relationships.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and foster a safety-focused culture of accountability and operational excellence.
