About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Sales for our US operations. This role reports to the COO/Country Head USA. You will drive Clarion’s growth by acquiring new customers in US and Canada markets. You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-impact team of Direct Marketing Sales Professionals and establish a Sales Partner channel. If you are passionate about B2B sales in innovative software and digital solutions, and enjoy understanding and solving customer pain points while collaborating across teams, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a high-performing Inside Sales team to acquire new customers in US markets.
  • Plan and execute strategies to meet sales targets and grow the business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and KPI reports for organizational planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Implement processes for top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with key customers and internal teams.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives.
  • Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Develop and manage the Sales Partner Channel.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Innovate and develop new channels for lead generation.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years as a Sales Head or senior sales role.
  • Strong sales management skills and a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills across organizational levels.
  • Deep experience in B2B and Inside Sales.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Problem-solving, issue resolution, and multitasking abilities.
  • Leadership qualities with coaching and team development skills.
  • Willingness to learn new areas and adapt to change.
