Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction with preconstruction and EPC RFP experience.
• Experience with procurement, estimating, cost control, scheduling, and contract review.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed bid packages and manage full RFP cycles, including vendor coordination and bid reviews.

A fast-growing DG/C&I renewable energy IPP with a strong presence in solar and storage is seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead preconstruction and estimating functions. With a dynamic pipeline of distributed generation projects across multiple U.S. regions, the team is focused on scaling operational efficiency ahead of significant future buildout phases.

The Role

The Director will take ownership of all preconstruction and estimating responsibilities across new-build projects and portfolios. The position requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to establish and scale internal processes and tools from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
