Cape Cod, MA | Full-Time | Onsite | $80K - $95K Base + Bonus (DOE)

We are seeking a hands‑on District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations across the Cape Cod area.

This role is ideal for a strong operator who thrives in the field, develops General Managers, and drives performance across 5–12 locations.

District Manager / Multi‑Unit Manager

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants
• Drive sales, labor management, and cost control
• Coach and develop General Managers
• Ensure brand standards and operational consistency
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews
• Lead hiring, staffing, and talent development
• Support new store openings and operational improvements
• Monitor KPIs including sales, food cost, labor %, and guest metrics

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years multi‑unit restaurant experience
• Strong P&L understanding
• Proven leadership of General Managers
• Experience in QSR or high‑volume operations
• Ability to work weekends and peak seasons (Cape Cod market)
• Local market knowledge preferred
