Job Opportunity: Vice President of Operations - True Rx Health Strategists

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee all operational activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations to ensure the development and implementation of efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective systems that meet the current and future needs of the company.

100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and achieve company goals while providing expertise and guidance on projects and systems.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and manage quality, efficient, and cost-effective processes and systems across True Rx operations.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide timely, accurate, and complete reporting on the operational performance of the company.
  • SLA Management: Track and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to streamline operations, improve resource utilization, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the provision of high-quality products and services that align with company standards.
  • Risk Management: Perform impact assessments and address operational issues to prevent disruptions.
  • Project Prioritization: Ensure that organizational projects align with the company’s vision and business plan.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable enhancements and process improvements.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Support: Support the understanding and translation of regulatory and compliance requirements across the organization.
  • Policy Development: Establish and communicate operational policies, standards, and security measures to ensure consistency and effective execution.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects, while managing the department's budget.
  • Executive Reporting: Present periodic performance reports and key metrics to the Executive Team.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of upper management experience in an industry-related field.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in continuous improvement (CI) and project management methodologies.
  • A genuine desire to help others and contribute to the success of the team and organization.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs).
