Position Overview

We are hiring for both Associate General Adjuster and General Adjuster roles, depending on experience. The General Adjuster will manage large personal insurance property claims, ensuring fair and timely settlements while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Associate General Adjuster will handle moderately severe property claims with similar responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle large property claims
• Develop and share claim handling expertise within the team
• Mentor junior adjusters as needed

Qualifications

• For General Adjuster: 5+ years of experience managing complex property claims over $300,000
• For Associate Adjuster: 3+ years of experience managing moderate property claims
• Strong knowledge of residential claims and insurance coverage interpretation
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Xactimate and MS Office (Excel)
• Availability for nationwide catastrophe operations

Compensation

General Adjuster: $106,800 - $160,200
Associate Adjuster: $84,400 - $126,600
Salary varies based on experience and role level. Additional benefits include bonuses and incentives.

Must have high-speed internet and meet technical requirements for remote work. The position is full-time, with a seniority level at mid-senior. The role offers opportunities for growth and development within a supportive team environment.
