Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. in Tucson, AZ, is seeking motivated individuals to join our landscape installation team.

This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades for residential and commercial properties, including plants, rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements. Responsibilities include following project plans, operating small landscape equipment, reading blueprints, and working safely with teammates to ensure on-time, quality results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscape or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust).
• Skid steer experience,
• Irrigation experience
• Able to identify plants
• Able to manage a crew
• Able to use a transit (laser level) to set grade properly, preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install landscape materials: plants, trees, shrubs, decorative rock, etc.
