Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping, Inc. in Arizona is seeking a Landscape Crew Member for full-time outdoor work. Youll perform mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup to keep properties looking their best.

Youll operate professional tools, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with a crew under a Crew Leader. Training is provided, with steady year-round work and opportunities for growth. Typical hours are early morning, Monday through Thursday, with possible weekend shifts during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in landscaping or construction is a plus, but training is provided.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Good attitude and reliable attendance; works well in a team.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, prune and maintain commercial properties.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain trucks/tools cleanliness.
• Support snow removal duties during winter where applicable.

Job Description

About the Role Join a team that values hard work, safety, and growth. As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll be out in the field making properties look their best through mowing, trimming, planting, and clean-up tasks. You'll work outdoors in all weather, operate professional equipment, and take pride in getting the job done right.

What You'll Do

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds
• Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable)

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year experience in landscaping or construction is a plus, but not required (we provide training)
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
• Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team
• Work safely around vehicles, equipment, and crew members

Work Hours

• Typically, Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM- 2:00pm
• Weekend or on-call hours possible during peak season
