Job summary

Safran Seats Gainesville is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide leadership and drive performance across the organization. You will guide staff to align with the business plan and Safran Leadership Model, while coordinating with Chihuahua to ensure strong cross-site operational alignment.

You will work with the CFO, President and other executives to set ambitious growth, profitability and efficiency goals, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methods with robust

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering or industrial field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of aerospace leadership experience.
  • Experience with ISO quality systems and ERP is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to staff and organizational units in line with business plan.
  • Lead operational synergies between Gainesville and Chihuahua.
