Job summary

Safran Seats Gainesville in Texas is seeking a Change Management Administrator to help coordinate engineering change implementation across engineering, QA, supply chain and operations. You’ll ensure nonconforming rework is processed and engage in continuous improvement programs.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred, Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / industrial engineering related field required or six years related equivalent experience.
• One to three years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience reading engineering blueprints and parts lists preferred.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Ability to lead team projects successfully; strong analytical and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering change implementation across Engineering, QA, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Ensure rework is processed for nonconforming product associated with engineering changes.
• Understand and interact with QMS interfaces and maintain required information for analysis.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs (LEAN/Six Sigma/AS9100).
• Coordinate Change Requests with Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, Ops PM and Supply Chain.
