The Large Scale Optical (LSO) segment has grown from $100M to $200M in revenue through a recent acquisition. Our brands in the LSO portfolio develop and manufacture high-performance coated materials for applications such as wall decor, museums, graphic design, architectural interiors, digital display, and industrial flooring markets. We are the global leader in anti-reflective, conservation-grade electrostatic dissipative, high-definition, and abrasion-resistant coatings, providing protection, innovative designs, and exceptional durability.

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the President of Large Scale Optical (LSO), the VP of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive profitable growth through brand awareness and demand generation for new and existing customers and markets. The individual will oversee product management, opportunity pipeline (CRM) development, marketing insights, digital and traditional marketing activities, and strategic NPI/packaging projects. They will manage a team of marketing professionals to foster growth and collaborate closely with executive leadership to meet business goals. Experience in integrating businesses and brands is essential. Success will be measured by the ability to support business units in driving profitable growth and achieving operational excellence in budget and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Drive the business and marketing value proposition strategy, provide vision and leadership for the marketing team to deliver results across digital marketing, product marketing, content, and brand development.
  2. Market Understanding: Develop deep insights into markets, customer needs, and competitive positioning to foster profitable growth.
  3. Marketing Department Leadership: Ensure the team has the skills and structure to scale with growth, lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team fostering collaboration and excellence.
  4. Brand Development: Implement and ensure compliance with product/brand hierarchy standards, strengthen brand consistency, and develop a compelling value proposition that differentiates the company.
  5. Market Insights: Conduct research on customer behavior, market needs, and competitor strategies; analyze performance data to optimize ROI.
  6. Portfolio Management: Lead pricing strategies, strategic NPI and packaging projects, and manage opportunity pipelines, customer segmentation, and demand funnel through CRM and data analytics.
  7. Budget & Agency Management: Consolidate vendors for efficiency, manage marketing budget effectively to achieve objectives and positive ROI.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 in senior leadership roles.
  • Experience in M&A and integrating new businesses.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies, leading teams, and managing digital channels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $200,000 - $300,000
