The Large Scale Optical (LSO) segment has grown from $100M to $200M in revenue through a recent acquisition. Our brands in the LSO portfolio develop and manufacture high-performance coated materials for applications such as wall decor, museums, graphic design, architectural interiors, digital display, and industrial flooring markets. We are the global leader in anti-reflective, conservation-grade electrostatic dissipative, high-definition, and abrasion-resistant coatings, providing protection, innovative designs, and exceptional durability.
Reporting directly to the President of Large Scale Optical (LSO), the VP of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive profitable growth through brand awareness and demand generation for new and existing customers and markets. The individual will oversee product management, opportunity pipeline (CRM) development, marketing insights, digital and traditional marketing activities, and strategic NPI/packaging projects. They will manage a team of marketing professionals to foster growth and collaborate closely with executive leadership to meet business goals. Experience in integrating businesses and brands is essential. Success will be measured by the ability to support business units in driving profitable growth and achieving operational excellence in budget and effectiveness.
Pay Range: $200,000 - $300,000
