We’re hiring for a VP of Marketing — this isn’t a maintenance role, it’s a creation role. There’s no playbook here (yet). You’ll define the strategy, build the team, and lay the foundation for long-term, scalable growth. We’re looking for someone who thrives in uncertain, early-stage environments and is excited to turn undefined opportunities into actionable results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategize & Architect – Develop a clear, actionable marketing plan that aligns with our business goals and Ideal Customer Profile. From channel strategy and campaign planning to tool selection and timelines — you’ll build the blueprint.
  2. Execute with Precision – Lead campaigns from first brainstorm to final report. Launch, iterate, and optimize quickly to scale what works and cut what doesn’t.
  3. Own the Budget & Metrics – Manage spend wisely, track performance across all initiatives, and use data to inform smart, strategic decisions.
  4. Partner Across Teams – Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure consistent messaging, seamless execution, and unified growth goals.
  5. Evolve the Toolkit – Our current stack includes Monday, Mailchimp, Canva, Figma, Webflow and SalesIntel — but we’re open to evolving. You’ll have a voice in shaping the tools that help us move faster and smarter.
Qualifications
  • Proven marketing chops – You bring 8+ years of experience leading marketing efforts in SaaS, fintech, or other fast-moving B2B environments.
  • Builder mindset – Whether from zero or version 1.0, you’ve launched and scaled marketing functions that drive measurable results.
  • Strategic + Tactical – You can see the big picture and also love diving into the day-to-day details to make it happen.
  • Data-driven instincts – Metrics matter. You know how to define them, track them, and use them to steer campaigns and budgets.
  • Creative collaboration – You play well with others, ask great questions, and bring energy to cross-functional work.
  • Humble confidence – Comfortable driving strategy and exploring dashboards, analytics tools, or performance reports to optimize decisions.

Compensation

This role comes with a competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 – $225,000 plus exciting opportunities for bonus and stock options.
