Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.Position SummaryReporting directly to the President of Large Scale Optical (LSO), the VP of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive profitable growth through brand awareness, demand generation for new and existing customers and markets. The individual will drive product management, opportunity pipeline (CRM) advancement, marketing insights, digital / traditional marketing activities and strategic NPI / packaging projects. They will manage a team of marketing professionals to drive growth and work closely with executive leadership to achieve business goals. This individual should have experience with integrating businesses and brands.The success of the incumbent will be measured on his / her ability to support the business units in driving profitable growth, and the ability to achieve operational excellence in terms of budget and effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership : Key driver of the business and marketing value proposition strategy.Provide vision and leadership for the marketing team to drive results in all areas of marketing, including digital marketing, product marketing, content, and brand development.Develop a deep understanding of markets, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive profitable growth.Marketing Department Leadership : Ensure the group has the appropriate skills and structure allowing it to scale with growth.Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and excellence.Brand Development : Implement and ensure compliance to product / brand hierarchy standards.Strengthen the company / product brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, channels, and markets.Develop and implement a compelling value proposition that differentiates the company in the marketplace.Market Insights : Conduct market insights work to understand customer behavior, market needs, and competitor strategies.Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI on marketing activities.Lead Portfolio ManagementPricing strategies and execute price changes.SKU rationalization.Strategic NPI and packaging projects.Lead opportunity pipeline processConduct direct and indirect customer segmentation.Implement a CRM cross segment to drive a healthy demand opportunity funnel.Leverage data analytics to improve effectiveness of campaigns.Budget / Agency Management : Consolidate agencies / vendors across segments to create efficiencies without impacting effectiveness.Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve objectives and deliver positive ROI.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.Experience & Skills10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Experience in M&A / integrating new businesses.Experience building and managing a strategic marketing team.In depth experience utilizing Salesforce / CRM to deliver business growth.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and motivate others.Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies.Agency management experience.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Desired Attributes : Innovative thinking with a passion for driving change and achieving results.Strong strategic vision with hands-on experience in marketing execution.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.Collaborative spirit working in partnership with sales and other leadership.Implications thinking understanding the impact of decisions.Strong business acumen to understand financial implications of marketing decisions and align marketing strategies with overall business goals.Pay Range$200,000-$300,000Our BenefitsWe care about and invest in our employees.
