Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: $220,000 – $280,000 base + RSU's & Benefits
Remote but ideal Locations: Northern Virginia, Bay Area CA, Austin TX, or Los Angeles CA

This organisation is transforming AI/ML workflows for Fortune 500 businesses through its patented AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) offering—designed to enhance accuracy, streamline operations, and provide explainable AI at scale.
The Role
The Vice President of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy and execution, driving demand generation, brand awareness, and overall growth. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team, developing integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment across all marketing channels. As a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, you will be instrumental in shaping the marketing vision for the company and ensuring that it delivers measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports business objectives and accelerates growth & collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with broader company
Demand Generation, Content Marketing & Integrated Campaigns: Build and manage demand generation programs that drive leads and sales opportunities across multiple channels, including digital, social, events, and more. Develop and scale a content engine that supports lead generation efforts, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and webinars.
Public Relations & Analyst Relations: Build and scale a robust PR program, managing external PR agencies and developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and inspire a cross-functional marketing team, fostering collaboration and a culture of excellence. Hire, develop, and retain top marketing talent to ensure the team is aligned, cohesive, and performing at its highest level.
