Two Six Technologies is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to support operations, planning, and management of a critical SIGINT mission management program for a Government customer. You will work with the customer and technical team to define requirements and prioritize the SW backlog in JIRA.

This role requires coordinating with test teams, briefing stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables meet mission intent and schedule. A TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading or managing agile programs.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to create briefings for Senior Government officials.
• Strong organizational skills and scheduling expertise.
• Certifications in agile methods (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).

Responsibilities

• Be the primary representative for the team and product in this key position by understanding the mission and how our product supports current and future needs.
• Engage with the customer and third-party vendors to define requirements and coordinate efforts within and across teams.
• Engage with and brief customers and stakeholders on upcoming priorities, accomplishments, and overall program status.
• Conduct TEMs to discuss key delivery issues and questions between Government Program Office officials and our technical team.
• Work with the technical lead to scope work and ensure requirements are met and deliveries executed on time.
• Prioritize the backlog based on feedback from users and the product owner.
• Work with the test team to ensure new developments in the product meet the requirements defined by the customer.

Two Six Technologies is looking to add a dynamic, technically savvy Product Manager to help with operations, planning, and management of a critical SIGINT mission management program for a Government customer. The candidate will work directly with the customer and across the technical team to understand and define requirements, manage and prioritize the SW development backlog in JIRA, work with the test team to ensure changes to our product meet mission intent, as well as prepare and brief program content to all levels of the customer. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring software development activities are on schedule and delivering to meet client goals.

Location: Locations are Englewood, CO or Herndon, VA

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• 4+ years of experience running or managing agile programs with an understanding of agile principles and how they can be customized to fit our program's work
• Experience with tools used in agile development, including JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to create briefings and present to Senior Government officials
• Great organizational skills at the individual and program levels (scheduling, resource management, etc.)
• Understanding of Intelligence Community customers and their priorities
• Possessing relevant certification(s) related to running agile programs (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner)

Clearance Requirement

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Salary Range

$144,302 - $216,453 USD
