The Role

We’re seeking a visionary and execution-orientedVice President of Growthto own and scale our combined marketing and sales functions. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, owning pipeline and revenue contribution targets, and elevating the Good.Lab brand in a fast-evolving sustainability market. This is a strategy-meets-execution leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage, hands-on, high-growth environment.

What You Will Do

1. Growth & Demand Generation

  • Manage and scale a full-funnel demand engine across inbound, outbound, and ABM.
  • Own lifecycle marketing, nurture flows, and lead-scoring optimization.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns leveraging SEO, paid, and referrals.
  • Manage high-yield outbound sequences and set clear activity- and conversion-rate targets.
  • Define ideal customer profiles (ICP) and continuously refine targeting to maximize SQL creation and pipeline velocity.

2. Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Own overall sales strategy, quota setting, territory design, and compensation plans aligned with company revenue targets.
  • Implement and reinforce a consistent sales methodology and establish a rigorous monthly & quarterly forecasting cadence.
  • Drive strategic account planning, upsell/cross-sell initiatives, and renewal plays in partnership with consulting to maximize net-revenue retention.

3. Product & Content Marketing

  • Develop GTM strategies for new features and services.
  • Lead creation of positioning, battlecards, and enablement content.
  • Produce compelling content and thought leadership with subject-matter experts.
  • Translate product messaging into persuasive sales decks, talk tracks, and ROI calculators; ensure sales teams can confidently articulate differentiation.
  • Manage website content strategy, UX, and CMS operations.
  • Lead technical/content (AI) SEO to grow organic traffic.
  • Own performance tracking and optimization across digital touchpoints.
  • Integrate conversion tools (chat, demo-booking, interactive ROI tools) to shorten time from first visit to qualified opportunity.
  • Own pipeline, KPIs, and ROI reporting.
  • Lead CRM, sales and marketing tech strategy.
  • Manage SLAs, handoffs, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Run end-to-end revenue operations for a single source of truth—encompassing lead, opportunity, and deal data—and drive weekly growth performance rev iews.
  • Select, implement, and optimize the AI-powered growth-tech stack to improve lead gen and win rates.
  • Build and scale a multi-tier marketing & sales organization with clear career paths and succession planning.
  • Foster a test-and-learn, data-driven culture.
  • Act as Growth’s voice on the leadership team.
  • Champion tight cross-functional alignment among Marketing, Sales, and Consulting to ensure a seamless customer journey.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of B2B growth (marketing heavy) experience,including 2+ years in a senior leadership role (startup/SaaS/consulting background required).
  • Proven success owning and scaling integrated marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of modern B2B marketing playbooks: demand gen, content, AI, SEO, lifecycle marketing, etc.
  • Experience marketing and selling to mid-market businesses; sustainability, ESG, or climate-tech experience is a strong plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in performance metricsHubSpot.
  • Outstanding leadership and project management skills; able to inspire and hold teams accountable.
