Job summary

Cory Executive Recruiting is seeking a Vice President of Growth for a Phoenix-area residential property management company focused on single-family rental (SFR). This newly created executive role unifies marketing, business development and brokerage into one integrated growth engine with a direct seat at the leadership table.

You will own the company-wide growth strategy, CAC end-to-end and the full-funnel strategy from awareness through signed contracts, building infrastructure for expansion

Qualifications

• Strong SFR experience is required.
• Must own company-wide growth strategy, not just marketing.
• Hands-on, high-accountability operating style.
• Systems thinker energized by CAC ownership and testing.
• Background in growth marketing, startups, founder-led businesses, real estate, or SaaS growth teams.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Own company-wide growth strategy — set the annual growth plan and align marketing, business development, brokerage, and expansion behind it.

• Lead an integrated growth engine, with business development and resale brokerage reporting into this role.

• Build infrastructure for acquisition-led growth and market expansion into new territories.

• Own client acquisition cost (CAC) end-to-end and manage the full-funnel strategy from awareness through signed contracts.

• Build a trusted brand around the founder's voice and story.
