What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Vice Presidents, providing coaching and setting performance expectations
- Drive pipeline management focusing on net-new business and renewal revenue, ensuring accurate sales forecasting
- Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to implement retention strategies aligned with customer health indicators
- Manage team opportunity pipelines, identifying risks and equipping RVPs with strategies to increase deal value
- Develop and execute sales strategies in line with corporate priorities and market trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in a field sales role with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a complex B2B environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams, preferably with experience leading leaders
- Strong background in strategic pipeline management, including forecasting and risk mitigation
- Experience in renewal and retention strategies, with an understanding of customer health and lifecycle management
- Deep knowledge of K-12 education markets and the ability to navigate education policy and market shifts
