What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Lead and manage a team of Regional Vice Presidents, providing coaching and setting performance expectations
  2. Drive pipeline management focusing on net-new business and renewal revenue, ensuring accurate sales forecasting
  3. Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to implement retention strategies aligned with customer health indicators
  4. Manage team opportunity pipelines, identifying risks and equipping RVPs with strategies to increase deal value
  5. Develop and execute sales strategies in line with corporate priorities and market trends

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 10+ years of experience in a field sales role with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a complex B2B environment
  2. 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams, preferably with experience leading leaders
  3. Strong background in strategic pipeline management, including forecasting and risk mitigation
  4. Experience in renewal and retention strategies, with an understanding of customer health and lifecycle management
  5. Deep knowledge of K-12 education markets and the ability to navigate education policy and market shifts
