Job summary

Hartmann Young Limited partners with a global CRO to appoint a VP of Neuroscience to lead its neuroscience strategy and support the growth and delivery of its clinical portfolio.

The role provides therapeutic leadership across neuroscience programmes, builds sponsor relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical sponsors, and contributes to proposals, bid defences and study strategy. The holder will work with medical, operational and commercial leaders.

Qualifications

• Senior CRO leadership with neuroscience expertise.
• Experience with complex clinical trials.
• Ability to lead teams and sponsor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead neuroscience strategy across programmes and guide growth and delivery of the clinical portfolio.
• Provide therapeutic leadership across neuroscience programmes and build sponsor relationships; contribute to proposals, bid defences and study strategy.
• Collaborate with medical, operational and commercial leaders to align across function lines.
