BioCT Innovation Commons is searching for a Vice President and Head of Neuroscience to lead the neuroscience portfolio. You will manage target selection and oversee the development of PROTAC degrader molecules for severe neurologic disorders.

Ideal candidates should have a Ph.D. and at least 15 years of leadership experience in industry. This role requires strategic oversight and the ability to drive high-impact programs from discovery through clinical development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry/biotech leadership experience in neurobiology and pharmacology.
• Experience in building and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record of initiating collaborations with academic and industry partners.

Responsibilities
