Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP, Neuroscience Discovery Research to develop, communicate, and execute priorities.
• Drive operational excellence across the Neuroscience organization through planning and governance.
• Support leadership by guiding agenda development and decisions, tracking progress.
• Coordinate progress of cross-functional initiatives, identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop executive communications and materials for senior leadership.
