Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development – Neurology to lead medical strategy across neurology programs and oversee Phase 1–3 trials. This role requires strategic thinking, deep disease expertise, and the ability to translate scientific insights into actionable development plans.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree in a relevant clinical specialty.
• 4+ years of clinical development experience in drug development.
• Board certification in Neurology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development strategy for neurology programs and supervise Phase 1–3 trials.
• Serve as Clinical Lead and medical representative on cross-functional teams.
• Design protocols, amendments, monitoring plans, and development plans.
• Drive program-level decisions and support regulatory and commercial objectives.
• Provide medical oversight for ongoing trials including safety assessments.
