VP Marketing at Instagrid Instagrid is seeking a VP of Marketing to develop and execute the companys marketing strategy. As the first mover in the emerging market of clean professional power stations, we have introduced a groundbreaking product to early customers and are now expanding globally. This role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader with a proven track record of execution. Driven by the benefits in productivity, safety, and sustainability for our B2B customers in industries like construction and media, you will lead brand development and activate marketing efforts to attract early majority customers and foster exponential growth.

As the head of our marketing team and a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing a full-funnel marketing strategy that fuels our growth, enhances our brand, and drives our business worldwide.

Your Impact Define and execute marketing strategies and budgets to promote global B2B growth and brand awareness.

Manage budgets and marketing activities to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI.

Collaborate across departments to drive adoption and success of marketing initiatives throughout the company.

Lead and develop a team of over 20 members, supported by agencies and external providers.

Optimize and scale marketing efforts by experimenting with new channels, tactics, and strategies.

Bring 15+ years of marketing experience in B2B companies, including scale-ups experiencing rapid growth.

Have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies in key markets such as the US, DACH, France, UK, and Benelux.

Experience in building and leading a multi-disciplinary, international team.

Possess strong analytical skills, using data to inform decisions.

Be skilled in rapid hypothesis testing, development, and optimization.

Thrives in a fast-growing, flat-structured environment.
