This position will lead comprehensive omnichannel marketing, communications, and digital strategy across channels, which include wholesale distribution to retailers and direct to consumer ecommerce. This position will also forge strong relationships with leadership, build bridges across functions, and leverage data-driven insights to positively impact the customer journey at all touch points to drive enterprise-wide revenue growth. As VP of Marketing at BRĒZ, you will lead our entire marketing organization—owning brand strategy, performance marketing, creative, and integrated campaigns across DTC, retail, and emerging channels. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for driving full-funnel results and long-term brand equity as we scale beyond $100M in revenue. You’ll shape the BRĒZ narrative and ensure it shows up with clarity and impact across every customer touchpoint—from paid ads to packaging, from digital funnels to retail shelves. This role blends storytelling with performance—driving both awareness and acquisition through a unified marketing vision. The ideal candidate has built and scaled high-growth consumer brands through strategic marketing, operational rigor, and creative leadership. You know how to lead teams, move fast, and align brand and growth to unlock meaningful, lasting value. What you will do : Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy across DTC, retail, and omnichannel—balancing storytelling with performance to drive awareness, acquisition, and loyalty. Lead full-funnel initiatives from brand campaigns to performance media, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization. Ensure alignment between brand, eCommerce, and retail marketing to create a seamless, high-impact customer journey. Oversee integrated campaigns across paid social, influencer, SEO, content, experiential, PR, and owned channels (email / SMS). Guide content strategy across channels to grow brand affinity and organic reach through storytelling and community-building. Support retail expansion with strategic shopper marketing input—ensuring consistency in brand presence and impact at shelf. Identify and support strategic brand partnerships, collabs, and culturally relevant activations that elevate BRĒZ's visibility and positioning. Manage brand architecture, strategy and positioning to drive positive brand image, and promote brand presence and preference. Oversee the design and delivery of a full marketing suite of ongoing communications, media, partnership marketing, and public relations strategy with cohesive messaging and a compelling narrative across all channels. Budgeting & Performance Optimization : Own marketing P&L and optimize spend across all channels to maximize ROI and support revenue goals. Establish and track KPIs to measure effectiveness across acquisition, retention, and brand channels—translating insights into actionable strategies. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Ops to align marketing spend with revenue forecasts and inventory plans, minimizing stockouts or overproduction. Leverage performance data to support demand forecasting and ensure marketing-driven demand aligns with supply chain capacity. Foster a culture of clarity, creativity, and accountability—where the team moves fast, tests often, and builds with intention. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, acquisition, retention, influencer, and creative. Partner with the CEO, COO, Head of Product, and CRO to align marketing with company strategy, revenue goals, and new product initiatives. Recruit, select, develop, lead and engage a team of marketing professionals while promoting a culture that reflects company values, welcomes diverse perspectives, and prioritizes both inter-team and cross-functional collaboration. What you will need : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Proven track record of scaling DTC and retail brands through strategic, performance-driven marketing. Strong experience in brand building, digital marketing, acquisition, retention, and creative direction. Familiarity with affiliate and creator partnership ecosystems Expertise in budget management, data analytics, and performance reporting. Prior leadership of omnichannel marketing teams at a brand scaling from $10M to $100M+ Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and agency partners. Fluency in performance metrics and tools : Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, GA4, Triple Whale / Northbeam, Looker Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Excellent relationship-building, and communication skills Strong presentation skills, ability to tailor messaging to the audience Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Proven leadership supporting remote and local teams Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
