Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks an experienced hospitality leader to elevate executive, client, and workplace experiences across a national portfolio of professional offices. Design and deliver luxury hospitality programs reflecting premier brand standards while supporting legal, advisory, and corporate environments.

The role combines luxury hotel expertise with executive presence, high-end customer service, and a drive to create memorable experiences for executives, clients, and visitors.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, executive centers, or premium environments.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, catering, events and guest services.
• Proven experience delivering high-touch, white-glove customer experiences.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with C-suite executives and high-profile clients.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive hospitality and client experience programs across multiple locations.
• Develop and maintain elevated service standards for executives, clients, and visitors.
• Curate premium food, beverage, and catering experiences for meetings, events, and engagements.
• Partner with senior executives and business leaders to anticipate and exceed service expectations.
• Support development of VIP visits, board meetings, leadership events, and client programs.
• Establish hospitality training, service protocols, and quality standards.
• Support vendor relationships and hospitality partnerships.
• Monitor service performance and guest satisfaction; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel: Up to 35% domestic travel.
