• Extensive multi-property leadership experience, preferably in full-service or upscale hotels.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop large operational teams.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret data and drive results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
• Proven success in driving associate engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Experience managing capital planning, compliance, and growth initiatives.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support hotel teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of hotels, delivering strong operating and guest experience results.
• Partner with hotel leadership to execute long-term business strategies, capital plans and brand initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with owners, asset managers, and brand partners to drive portfolio success.
• Ensure luxury-service standards, brand alignment, and operational consistency across properties.
• Oversee revenue strategy, profitability, and rate integrity across the portfolio.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior leaders and manage succession planning.
