This person will lead internal design teams across hospitality and airline sectors, establishing design standards and ensuring projects are executed with luxury in mind. Candidates should have over 10 years of design experience, particularly in luxury environments, and possess strong leadership and collaboration skills. Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience with leadership responsibility; luxury hospitality and/or high-end residential strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design outcomes within schedule, budget, and build constraints.
• Strong understanding of FF&E procurement, fabrication timelines, vendor management, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain design standards across residences and resorts.
• Lead internal design teams and set priorities.
• Build repeatable workflows from concept through procurement.
• Develop a network of designers and specialty suppliers.
• Partner with development, construction, and operations teams.
