• Minimum of 4 years related experience in Land Acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and financial/market analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and Microsoft Office proficiency; valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition opportunities through brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, and officials.
• Present land deals to senior leadership to support growth.
• Assist in due diligence and market analyses to ensure land feasibility.
