RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Vice President, Operations for the Heart & Vascular Service Line. This system-wide leadership role drives strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and accountability across RWJBarnabas Health's cardiovascular programs.

The successful candidate will partner with hospital and academic leaders, oversee the clinical research program, and translate priorities into actionable plans with clear metrics and governance structures.

Formación

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible healthcare management experience.
• Experience leading service lines, cardiovascular programs, or clinical research operations.
• Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategic priorities into operating plans with defined goals and metrics.
• Partner with hospital executives, physicians, and academic partners to drive integration and growth.
• Oversee cardiovascular research program, expanding trial opportunities and activation.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient access, scheduling, and capacity utilization.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify sustainable growth opportunities.
• Establish governance, dashboards, and reporting to support timely decisions.
• Collaborate across clinical, operational and administrative teams to drive performance.
