Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of management experience in healthcare with strategic planning, finance, marketing and managed care.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and present compelling plans and business cases to the Board and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Strategy Officer in developing and executing multi-year strategic plans across the health system.
• Lead health system development projects from concept to activation and operational readiness.
• Maintain Balanced Score Card and drive quarterly reviews with Senior Leadership and CEO Cabinet.
• Identify growth opportunities, monitor market trends, and assess regulatory shifts for strategy.
• Engage senior leaders and stakeholders to build consensus around strategic direction.
• Lead, develop, and manage a team supporting strategic planning and implementation.
• Align capital planning, budgeting, and strategic investments with organizational objectives.
• Translate complex strategic concepts into clear communications for diverse audiences.
