Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a Division Administrator I to lead the administration, operations and strategic planning for a pediatrics division, aligning clinical care, research and education with hospital objectives.

You will manage budgets, staffing, and program performance, coordinating with division leaders, clinicians and investigators to ensure compliant, efficient and high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health or related field required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in one or more of the following areas: physician practice management, healthcare operations management, health care project management, planning or consulting, required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates and implements division strategies and operations.
• Oversees division budgeting, financial management and reporting.
• Leads strategic planning and aligns resources with program goals.
• Manages compliance, accreditation and governance for the division.
• Partners with division leadership and clinical leadership to optimize care delivery and research activities.
