Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field.
• 5–8 years within Alternative industry.
• Experience implementing AI process solutions.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Jira, Clarity and other development tools.
• Experience presenting to senior management on status and strategy.

Aufgaben

• Lead/perform execution of alternative development programs focused on Hedge Middle Office.
• Utilize AI for project documentation and business case creation.
• Governance oversight including risks, issues, audits and compliance reporting.
• Serve as product owner or business analyst for Agile programs; manage epics, stories and testing.
• Collaborate globally to share best practices and enhance team capabilities.
• Lead project status meetings and report progress to senior management.
• Apply knowledge of firm strategy, processes and architecture to solution design.
