Job summary

State Street is seeking a Vice President, Product Management and Alpha Services lead to help define platform strategy and drive end-to-end product delivery within the Investment Accounting platform. You will coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Client teams to deliver client-ready enhancements and meet strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes deep product/domain knowledge, strong analysis skills, and the ability to influence across multiple organizations to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, or information systems.
• Experience in product management and business analysis in financial services.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead requirement definition and solution design for strategic product development initiatives within the Investment Accounting platform.
• Ensure requirements/design solutions are well documented and end-to-end.
• Gain consensus with key stakeholders across Product, IT, Operations, and Client teams for end-to-end solution design/requirements.
• Drive delivery of product enhancements through the development lifecycle to meet timeline/cost commitments.
• Apply business judgment to surface impediments and provide practical options; leverage client requests and market trends for the product roadmap.
• Assist with adoption of AI processes to improve product management functions and delivery.
