Job summary

King Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Fulfillment to lead and evolve our fulfillment business, owning the Fulfillment Product, strategy, and technology roadmap. This role combines business leadership with product insight to define offerings and scale capabilities across clients.

This leader will oversee strategy, financial performance, technology, and operational execution for a multi-client 3PL fulfillment operation, building a high performing team and partnering across Sales, Client

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fulfillment, distribution, warehousing, or 3PL leadership experience.
• Strong multi client 3PL experience preferred.
• Ownership of significant operational and financial results.
• Experience building or evolving fulfillment capabilities, not just operating an established model.
• Strong understanding of WMS technology, automation, data, labor management and inventory control.
• Strong financial and analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to build leaders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for King's Fulfillment Product.
• Define service offering, capabilities, workflows, commitments, and standards.
• Translate customer and market needs into new or improved capabilities.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success to ensure scalable, financially sound solutions.
• Prioritize the technology and automation roadmap with Product & Innovation and IT.
• Build a differentiated fulfillment offering integrating with King's transportation and broader supply chain.
