We’re partnering with a groundbreaking electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) company to identify a visionary Vice President of Finance to lead all aspects of financial strategy, fundraising, and operations as the company scales from R&D to commercial launch.

This role is instrumental in guiding capital allocation, investor relations, and regulatory readiness for one of the most exciting startups in next-gen aviation.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will help position the company for hypergrowth, large-scale capital raises, and potentially a future IPO.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth and commercialization plans
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, scenario modeling, and cash flow planning
• Drive capital allocation for manufacturing, R&D, and market entry
• Manage investor communications and board reporting

Cost Optimization

• Optimize manufacturing and production costs across eVTOL value chain
• Collaborate with supply chain and engineering teams for financial efficiency

Team Building & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team
• Partner across engineering, operations, and regulatory to align goals

Risk & Regulatory Management

• Mitigate market, supply chain, and regulatory risks
• Navigate financial implications of aerospace and urban mobility regulation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related; MBA/CPA preferred
• 10+ years in finance leadership; startup and fundraising experience required
• Proven capital raising track record
• Industry experience in aerospace, EV or mobility,
• Skilled in modeling, investor relations, and regulatory navigation
