Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and visionaryVice President of Finance Consultingto lead high-impact engagements with our clients. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise in healthcare finance to design and implement strategies that address complex challenges in value-based care models, revenue cycle optimization, and financial sustainability. This is a client-facing leadership role that demands a blend of analytical rigor, industry insight, and the ability to influence executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Consulting:Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions in value-based care (VBC) contracting, risk-sharing models, population health economics, and revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Client Engagement:Act as a primary point of contact for C-suite stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable insights and long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling:Develop advanced financial models to evaluate performance, forecast outcomes, and identify opportunities for margin improvement.
• Thought Leadership:Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, providing clients with proactive guidance on emerging risks and opportunities.
• Business Development:Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, identify new client opportunities, and contribute to proposal development.
• Team Leadership:Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Education:Master’s degree required (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field preferred).
• Experience:6–12 years of progressive experience in healthcare finance, consulting, or revenue cycle management, with a focus on value-based care.
• Expertise:Proven track record in designing/implementing VBC strategies, RCM optimization, and financial performance improvement.
• Skills:
• Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and drive data-driven decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and healthcare analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication skills; adept at presenting to executives and fostering partnerships.
• Leadership experience managing teams or large-scale projects.
• Preferred Credentials:CPA, FACHE, or similar certifications are a plus.
