Job Description:

• Spearhead capital markets transactions, overseeing the structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt and equity financings, structured capital solutions, and mergers & acquisitions.
• Cultivate and manage key relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions, acting as the primary contact for both project and corporate finance matters.
• Lead principal negotiations for transactions, including the development and finalization of core legal and financial documentation.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in solar energy project finance, renewable energy, or investment banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading successful transactions and closings under tight deadlines.
