Job summary

The Marmon Group LLC is seeking a Vice President, Business Transformation to accelerate performance across Marmon Retail by leveraging Marmon capabilities, practices, and COEs. This leader will partner with presidents and leadership teams to convert enterprise resources into practical solutions, embedding proven practices into each operating company.

Success will be measured by stronger capability, disciplined execution, and measurable improvement in business outcomes, with a focus on connection

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, IT, or related field.
15+ years of progressive leadership in transformation, general management, or enterprise change.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple businesses/divisions.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

Identify high-value Marmon capabilities to improve performance across Marmon Retail.
Serve as connector between Marmon Retail, COEs, SMEs, tools, and resources.
Translate COE methodologies into practical, business-specific approaches.
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to improve growth, margins, and efficiency.
Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with strategy and priorities.
Ensure improvements are embedded in normal business practices and shared learnings across Marmon Retail.
