Collaborate with Marmon COEs—Strategy and Marketing Management, Lean, 80/20, IT, and Innovation—to embed proven practices and build durable capability across the businesses.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation or related fields.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple operating companies.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive results without direct authority.
• Experience in decentralized, multi-business environments is highly preferred.
