Job summary

The Marmon Group LLC is seeking a Vice President, Business Transformation to accelerate performance within Marmon Retail. You will partner with presidents and leadership teams, translating COE capabilities into practical, results‑driven actions that align with strategic priorities.

You will collaborate with COEs to embed proven practices and build sustainable capability, directing initiatives that improve growth, margins, and customer value across a decentralized, multi‑business environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, information technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, general management, operational excellence, strategy deployment, or enterprise change.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, crossfunctional initiatives across multiple businesses or operating companies.
• Experience applying Lean, 80/20, information technology, digital transformation, or innovation.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive results without direct authority.
• Experience in a decentralized, multi‑business environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑value Marmon capabilities to improve performance and deploy COE resources.
• Lead cross‑functional transformation initiatives to grow profitable margin and organizational effectiveness.
• Embed COE disciplines: Strategy/Marketing Management, Lean, 80/20, IT, and Innovation within businesses.
• Maintain a portfolio view of transformation initiatives, ensuring value and disciplined execution.
