Innomatrix is a vertically integrated AI data center infrastructure company. We develop and operate AI data center infrastructure from the ground up and own the power, the land and the buildings. Our sites are energized, grid-connected and paired with on-site behind-the-meter generation, with dense fiber, direct-to-chip liquid cooling and closed-loop water systems.
Our platform spans the physical AI stack: entitled land, power (grid and behind-the-meter), purpose-built data center shells, cooling and fiber, and compute and cloud.
Current footprint
- Operating: High-density data centers in operation under long-term customer contracts.
- In development: A purpose-built, liquid-cooled AI data center campus on owned land with secured power, designed for build-to-suit and wholesale customers.
- Pipeline: Additional grid-connected and behind-the-meter sites under evaluation across North America and Asia.
Innomatrix offers three solutions to customers
- 1. Powered Shell - Energized, development-ready buildings on Innomatrix land and power. The customer controls the fit-out (electrical topology, cooling architecture, network). Intended for hyperscalers and large deployments.
- 2. Wholesale Colocation - Turnkey data halls, ready for the customer's racks.
- 3. Integrated Data Center & Cloud - Full stack, operated end to end, including GPU infrastructure and cloud services on the Innomatrix platform.
Innomatrix is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The company is growing rapidly and operates with an entrepreneurial culture.
