Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years in analytics, BI, data science, data engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong experience analyzing large data sets to drive outcomes.
• Expertise in regression, GLM, survival analysis, decision trees, clustering, PCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analytics and socialize insights to drive value and opportunities.
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities and support decisions through data-driven insights.
