Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Math, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in Financial Services/FinTech analytics, with risk, underwriting or forecasting experience.
• 8+ years leading analysts, incl. onshore/offshore teams.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL and Excel; AI mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales and Underwriting to pursue strategic objectives via analytics.
• Lead a global team of 7–10 analysts and foster learning and development.
• Own analytics agenda to optimize conversion and credit losses and forecast portfolio health.
• Deliver multiple analytics initiatives with speed and quality.
• Partner with Pricing, Risk Modeling and Automation teams to meet objectives.
• Ensure data and analytics are trusted with high standards and clear business communication.
