• Manage the team in assessing the effectiveness of risk and control frameworks.
• Lead review and challenge of risk assessments, control evaluations, and remediation plans.
• Build relationships with Technology, Non-Financial Risk, Legal, Audit and stakeholders.
• Support regulatory examinations and governance reporting related to tech risk.
• Drive consistency in risk management practices and policy adherence.
• Prepare executive risk reports and present to senior management.
• Contribute to Enterprise Risk Management programs and regulatory updates.
